Terms of use
Last updated October 2026.
Agreement
By accessing this site or an operator workspace, you agree to these terms and any order form or subscription that applies to your organisation.
If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Permitted use
Use Limen Fulfillment only for lawful warehouse, order, and merchant fulfilment operations.
You must not attempt to access another operator's workspace, probe systems without permission, or misuse integrations.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may be scheduled with notice when possible.
Features on the marketing site may change as the product evolves.
Liability
The platform is provided as part of your commercial agreement with Limen or an authorised partner. Liability limits and warranties are defined in that agreement.
These website terms do not replace your signed operator contract.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for credentials issued to your staff and for configuring roles and permissions inside your workspace. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend access to protect the platform or other tenants if we detect abuse, non-payment, or a serious security risk.
Intellectual property
Limen Fulfillment, its software, branding, and documentation remain our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited licence to use the platform during your subscription.
You retain ownership of your operational data and merchant content. You grant us the rights needed to host, back up, and process that data to provide the service.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under your agreement. This obligation survives termination for information that remains confidential.
Fees and billing
Subscription fees, usage charges, and payment terms are set in your order form or operator contract. Taxes and invoicing follow Saudi regulations where applicable.
Late or failed payment may result in restricted access after notice, as described in your agreement.
Suspension and termination
Either party may end the service as set out in your contract. On termination, you may export data during any agreed transition window; after that we may delete tenant data according to retention schedules.
Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, confidentiality, governing law) remain in effect.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled as specified in your operator agreement, or before Saudi courts when no separate agreement applies to marketing-site use only.
