Who this applies to

This policy covers visitors to the Limen Fulfillment marketing site and users of operator workspaces provisioned on the platform.

Each fulfilment operator runs an isolated database. Merchant store data inside that workspace is controlled by the operator, not shared across tenants.

Data we collect

We process account details, warehouse and order data, integration credentials, and support correspondence needed to run the service.

Marketing pages may store locale preference in your session. We do not sell personal data.

How we use data

Data is used to operate inventory, orders, carriers, billing, and support for your fulfilment operation.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying metrics to improve reliability and performance.

Your choices

Operators can request export or correction of workspace data through their account administration.

Roles and responsibilities

For operator workspace data, your fulfilment company is generally the controller of merchant and end-customer information processed to run fulfilment. Limen provides the platform as a processor on your instructions, except where we act as controller for billing, security, and account administration of the service itself.

Visitors to this marketing site are covered by this policy for site analytics and contact requests only; using the operator product is governed by your operator agreement and your own privacy notices to merchants.

Cookies and similar technologies

The marketing site may use strictly necessary cookies for session, locale, and security (for example CSRF protection). We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Operator workspaces may set session cookies required to sign in and stay authenticated. Your administrators can document additional cookies if you embed third-party tools.

Security and retention

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, tenant isolation, and monitoring appropriate to a warehouse operations platform. Staff access to production systems is limited and logged.

We retain workspace data for as long as your subscription is active and as required by law or your contract. Backups and logs are kept for limited periods defined in your agreement, then deleted or anonymised where feasible.

Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell personal data. We share data with infrastructure and support providers that help run the platform, under contracts that require confidentiality and appropriate safeguards.

When you connect a store, carrier, or finance integration, data flows to those providers according to the credentials you configure. You are responsible for lawful use of those integrations.

International transfers

Primary hosting and processing for Saudi operators are aligned with your commercial agreement. If data is processed outside the Kingdom, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms and vendor commitments described in your contract or data processing addendum.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when practices or regulations change. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting operators may also be communicated through your account team.
