Integrations and onboarding.

How we launch a new 3PL operator, how operators bring each merchant on board, and every channel, carrier and API along the way.

Your launch, handled by our team.

Every new 3PL operator gets a dedicated workspace, set up end to end before the first order arrives.

  1. 01

    Your own workspace

A private subdomain with HTTPS and a dedicated database for your company. Nothing is shared with other operators.

  2. 02

    Brand, language and region

Your name in Arabic and English, your logo and colours, SAR currency, Riyadh time and Arabic as the default language.

  3. 03

    Warehouse and addresses

Your first warehouse with zones, locations and carton sizes, plus the Saudi city catalogue so every address maps to a carrier.

  4. 04

    Team and devices

Your admin account, roles and permissions for each team, handheld scanners, and the Print Agent on every pack station.

  5. 05

    Carriers

Your carrier accounts connected, with the shipping methods your merchants can choose from.

  6. 06

    Go live

Sign in on your own URL and start receiving orders.

Bring each merchant on board.

A new store starts as Pending integration in your dashboard and becomes Active once its channel is connected and orders start flowing. This is what happens in between.

  1. 01Pending integration

    Create the merchant and store

Add the merchant, their store code and contacts, and invite their team to the merchant portal.

Create orders from any system.

Merchants with their own website, ERP or app send orders straight to your warehouse with one authenticated request.

Authorization
The store’s API key, issued from the dashboard.
X-Store-Code
Ties the request to one store.
Idempotency-Key
A retried request never creates a duplicate order.

Connect Salla Connect Zid

Integration questions.

The technical side of connecting your merchants, answered plainly.

Can I connect the stores of all my merchants?

Yes. Every merchant store has its own connection, so you can connect as many Salla and Zid stores as you serve. Each store uses one sales channel, and can send orders through the API alongside it.

If a webhook fails, is the order lost?

No. Every incoming webhook is logged and retried automatically. If an order is still missing, pull orders back from the store for any period in the last 90 days.

Can the same order be created twice?

No. When a store sends an order again, Limen updates the existing order instead of creating a duplicate.

When does the store see new stock?

Quantities are pushed to the store as soon as an inbound receipt is completed. You can also push them at any time from the dashboard.

What about WooCommerce and EasyOrders?

Both are coming soon. Until then, merchants on any platform can send orders straight to your warehouse through the merchant REST API.

Can a merchant start without an online store?

Yes. A merchant with their own website, ERP or app can create orders through the API from day one.
